"I had just bought myself an electric guitar for Christmas and wasn’t able to restring it successfully on my own. I was very pleased to find that John was local, and from start to finish his communication and updates on the progress of the repair were excellent. My Fender felt so much better after it had been professionally set up by John, and it has really improved my confidence when playing it. I would highly recommend Guitar Repair Services to anyone. From the regular updates to the collection of the guitar, it was clear that John has extensive knowledge and a genuine passion for guitar playing and repair—something that only comes with true dedication and enthusiasm for guitars."

"John was incredible and extremely friendly! He fixed my guitar string so quickly while I had the opportunity to sit and talk with his lovely wife. On top of that they even offered to drop me home. Honestly 10/10 service and I look forward to using him as and when I need any help. Couldn’t recommend more!"

John was absolutely fantastic—he managed to get the repair finished in just one hour! He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly to deal with. It’s rare to find such high-quality, efficient service these days, and he was so helpful throughout the whole process. "There was something unique about John's Guitar Repair Services when I came across it on my Google search and I am so happy that I followed my instincts. I did not mind that I had to go on the motorway to get there either. He brought two guitars back to life for my little girl. These guitars are of sentimental value as we have had them for eight years now - since our 'now teenage son' was 6... John did his magic to the guitars. Updated us with videos and photos while work was going on and I must say it was quick and fairly priced! But most of all, it was his friendly aura and description of work to be done on the guitars that impressed me most. I highly recommend him! Thank you very much John 😊 We appreciate hugely!"
